II. Specification

1.Hydraulic loading car

It’s consist of basement, hydraulic lifting cylinder, hydraulic running motor, guide

column and supporting table. V-type top supporting stand. It used to loading and lifting the coil strip to uncoiler for charging.

2. Hydraulic double rose uncoiler

Use double support hydraulic internal expansion type structure. It is consist of slide carriage, engine base, spindle, unwinding plate, Wedge type four edge inner up component, Harmomegathus cylinder, moving cylinder and the brake device. The two ends of engine base are driven by the hydraulic cylinder, and it is with independent drive and synchronous drive on the function. The two ends of the main shaft design is with pneumatic brake device inside. That is why in order to prevent steel uncoiling when machine stops.

3.Hydraulic conical feeder

It is consist of frame type stand ,hydraulic pressing and guiding mechanism,

hydraulic shovel-head mechanism, etc.

working process: pressing steel coil by a hydraulic oil cylinder, then make the plate head into the adjusted pre-leveling machine after remove the cover. (Shovel plate’s movement is driven by hydraulic cylinder). Keep driving till the plate goes to the main leveling machine. At this moment all hydraulic cylinder goes back to the original position.

4. Feeding machine

It is consist of machine basement, arch slider assembly, feeding roller, feeding roller lifting actuating mechanism and power system. Upper feeding roller’s movement is driven by hydraulic cylinder. Motor drives gear box and finally drives feeding roller for feeding the plate head to main leveling machine

5. Roller table

It is consist of frame, intermediate support plate, supporting roller and so on. Obviously it is used for feeding plate easily.

6. Spacing table

In order to stop plate running out of the way, get the plate move to main leveling machine properly. We adopt the spacing table. It is consist of machine basement, limit roller, supporting seat slide, guide roller and adjusting device. There are vertical guide rollers which are mounted at the two sides of width of plate. The guide roller frame is fixed on the sliding seat separately. We can manually move in order to meet different width of plate.

7. Main leveling machine

Adopt special body structure, weld basement and whole arch frame. There are thirteen leveling type working rollers, six for top and seven for bottom. each work roll shaft support with double heavy-duty roller bearings and one-way thrust ball bearings, to ensure that the work rolls without any radial and axial movement phenomenon. Leveling rollers are arranged with a width direction of the three groups of idlers to improve leveling roll strength and stiffness. Idlers height direction were adjusted using wedge to get straightening roller corresponding deflection compensation. Each work rolls are active roller motor is connected through reducer, coupling, distribution box, universal shaft power transmitted to the work rolls. Adjusting the pressure device are AC motor through worm screw nut pay and pay and angle adjustments up and down, with electric for rough adjustment and manual fine tuning finally.

10. Transition workbench

From the rack, the swing roller table, conveyor roller station and power plant components. Its role is to throw tablet input feeder.

13. Leveling machine

It is consist of a large longitudinal spacing device and three groups of transverse limiting monolith device. These two devices are able to adjust manually according to the width of plate. The plate is driven by pneumatic cylinder.

14. Hydropneumatic system

14.1 It is consist of hydraulic station, valve block, various valves, oil cylinder, connectors, soft and hard pipes, etc.
