II.Main Applications&Features

1．This machine is common H-Frame mechanical press,it can be applied to various of stamping craft, such as parts blanking,forming,bending,revising,stretching.

2．When it is in the process of forming,bending,revising and stretching, the craft force should not be more than the allowed value in the loading curve.

3．The die press center should coincide with the slide center.

III．Main Functions&Features

1．Main allocation of this press: The press is mainly composed of frame,main transimission,clutch,brake,slide,air circuit,lubrication system, electrical system. The press has a compact conformation and a good shape

2.The frame adopts steel welding structure, relieving the stress by fireplave tempering or vibratory stress relief to make the machine a good rigidity and less deformation

3. The frame adopts C-type structure with stable precision to improve machining precision for stamping parts and the die service life

4. The crank shaft is laid longitudinally to make a short distance between pivots,good rigidity of crank shaft,compress structure and reasonable layout,the transmission gear running immersed in the oil to make it low noise and small erosion.

5. It adopts dry type friction clutch&brake,mechanical interlock,safe and reliable, good stability,low noise and the friction plate is not easily worn.

6. It adopts imported hydraulic overloading protecting device,quick response,reliable action,good stability;external oil tank,convenient for maintenance.

7. Eight-side long rectangle guides of the slide with high moving precision and high accuracy,extending the service life of die.

8. The lubricating system adopts the way of automatic circulating lubrication by electric thick oil pump and it is equipped with accelerating oil distributor, the time and volume of oil supplying are controlled by the PLC.If the oil circuit is blocked, it alarms and indicates automatically

9. Die set height is adjusted electrically and it is equipped with digital die height indicator, the precision can reach +0.1mm (manual adjusting for 25T,45T,equipped with height gauge)

10. Electric system adopts imported PLC and the stroke is stepless adjustable,having functions of emergent stop,inch,single and continuous, the main elements adopts international well-known brands with good reliability.
