Introduction:
The transformer vacuum drying equipment is a unique technical product developed by our company based on domestic traditional technology, combined with the company's experience in the design and production of vacuum equipment.

Characteristics of condenser:
The condenser adopts a horizontal design, made of stainless steel material, and can control automatic water recovery.
The chillers can provide a cold water system below 10 degrees Celsius dedicated to the condenser, ensuring condensation efficiency and minimizing the impact of water on vacuum oil.

Heating and pressure control:
During the heating process, the pressure is automatically varied according to the temperature changes of the body, periodically reducing the pressure inside the vacuum tank to a reasonable value.
It creates the most suitable conditions for the insulation moisture evaporation of the body, ensuring a smooth process of moisture evaporation in the drying process.

Core rust problem:
This equipment can effectively solve the rust problem during core drying, with a drying effect reaching the center of insulation.

Vacuum detection:
The equipment uses pressure transmitters and vacuum gauges with two ranges for detecting vacuum signals, ensuring accurate and reliable control processes.

Electrical control system:
The electrical control system adopts brand-name electrical components for reliable and safe control.

Device safety and reliability:
