Mixing system:
There are two material preparation tanks designed with an effective
capacity of 120-300 liters (optional). According to the
proportional relationship, each batch can continuously mix epoxy
resin and curing agent.
The resin, curing agent, and mixture are heated by their respective
heating systems. According to process requirements, the material
temperature can be set between room temperature and 90 ℃, with an
error range of ± 2 ℃.
The material pipe adopts a double-layer jacket structure and shares
a water heater with the material tank to ensure a constant material
temperature. The mixture can also be cooled down to extend its
service life.
Automatic metering pouring system:
By using a metering pump, two single component materials are mixed
in a static mixer and finally poured onto the mold.
Because the mixing time is fast and short, the mixture is fresh and
has good fluidity, and the wettability of the coil is improved, it
can prevent the aging problem of resin gel caused by the common
long-term mixing of dynamic mixing.
The discharge position of the metering pump and static mixer is
equipped with sensors, which can measure and monitor the mixing
ratio online, ensuring that the measurement of each stroke of
pouring is correct and the mixing is uniform, avoiding coil
accidents that cannot be solidified. The measurement and monitoring
data can be recorded and stored. The measurement and monitoring
device is reliable and will not leak air or materials.
Automatic operating system:
The equipment is controlled by PLC and equipped with a color
display. Vacuum suction, heating and vacuum stirring treatment,
cycle and cleaning stroke number, mixing and pouring drying process
can be automatically carried out through preset parameters.
The monitor can display the operating status of the electrical
components of the equipment. Process parameters such as
temperature, vacuum degree, weight, fault alarm, etc. can be
displayed or set on a color display.
